A producer for this new A&E program contacted me in the spring with interest in featuring both the Young and Cooper cases (I declined to discuss them because the cases are still pending and it was too risky). The first show will air on October 2nd @10PM. It is the David Thorne case out of Ohio. I have spent a great deal of time looking at the discovery and transcripts on the case and I am convinced that David Thorne is innocent. I have written a few articles and did a radio interview about the case on Injustice Anywhere. It should be very interesting to see how it goes. I am hopeful it will be positive for Thorne. The premise of the program is that 3 investigators take a fresh look at the evidence. They specifically wanted to look at cases where the verdict was questionable. They review everything and then tell the audience who they believe is responsible for the crime (if they are even able to determine that), then the audience hears the actual outcome. The investigators do not know who the case is about until after so that cases they may be familiar with do not influence their opinions. I just wanted to share.
