A professional statistician suggests to parliament that, the legal age for marriage should be extended 23 years from the existing 18years so as to reduce rapid population growth in Ghana by 15%.... there we go again...... lack of quality and practicable empathetical policies to develop our human resources which will be geared towards the creation of congenial environment for support and exploration of natural capabilities, a component of which involves a critical review of our educational curricular which may enhance the cure for bookish syndrome to practical oriented competency based education, and trans-generational awareness approach to development activities in the country. The Spirit of Nationalism is very crucial to this development.
