A project in the house of God, whether church-building, mission or a particular programme, must be enthusiastically supported by every member. Excluding members from giving because we think they are poor will amount to robbing them of their joy and much more, of the key that will liberate them from poverty. Giving may sometimes be accompanied by the initial pain of self-denial and sacrifice; it however results in abounding and boundless joy. Giving unlocks the floodgate of joy and abundance.
