A proposal for a permanent ceasefire: To be brokered by representatives from the Govts of Egypt and Turkey. To be signed by the Govt of Israel and the Unity Govt of the Palestinian Territories. 1. A permanent ceasefire and end to violent hostilities by both sides. 2. An international peace keeping force to be stationed on both sides of the border. 3. The creation of a 500m wide no-mans-land, to be patrolled solely by the intl peace keeping force. 4. A demilitarization of the Gaza strip, including the destruction of all cross border tunnel systems to be implemented by the Unity Govt of the Palestinian Territories. 5. An international aid package to rebuild Gaza, and invest in economic development with greater regulation and clearer vision. 6. Rafiah crossing to be opened immediately and unconditionally, and to be manned by the intl peace keeping force. 7. An incremental opening of the Erez crossing, including free flow of goods and entry and work visas for Gaza residents into Israel and to be manned by the intl peace keeping force. 8. An enlargement of the fishing waters allocated to Gaza. 9. Creation of an international port in Gaza, to be regulated by the intl peace keeping force, to be run by the Unity Govt of the Palestinian Territories. 10. An immediate return to the Peace process, to be brokered by Egypt and Turkey. Including a series of intl aid incentives for each side following each stage of the process.
