A proud float with some of our countrys most remarkable citizens in this years Rose Parade. The city of Alhambra is honoring the Nisei soldier from World War Two and having the actual veterans sit on the float during the parade. They are all in their 90s now but wont let that stop them. They are part of the most decorated unit in America military history. They accomplished this while their families were unjustly locked up in US concentration camps. They are as modest as you can imagine and would never boast of their accomplishments. That is our job to do it for them. So when you see them pass by in the parade, show them your love and appreciation. It is a rare opportunity for us to give them something they absolutely deserve but receive so little of.
