A question I get asked a lot is do I follow WW or something else.... My answer is simple, WW. I count points but that doesnt mean I dont read and incorporate other things. That is the beauty of WW you can have whatever you want as long as you count it. I have read about low carb, calorie counting, and 21 day fix. I am always trying new things and see what keeps me energized and fueled. I track my food every day and see how I feel. There are always new foods and new ways. I try to keep learning. My goal is always nutrition and as much whole foods as possible. I think it is most important that you find what works for you and if its a combo of things better yet. You need to be the expert on you.
