A question: I see a lot of photos of Bugs that have been lowered and whose rear wheels are angled in at the top - negative camber. My question is, what does this angling off vertical do to the tires? It seems to me that they would wear quite unevenly and the owner would have to replace them far short of their rated life. Or, are the rims on these negative camber cars asymmetrical, so that the inner diameter is less than the outer, and the rear tires actually sit evenly on the ground?
