A question for the Gurus. I need your help! The Yougnuo 622N TX - TopicsExpress

A question for the Gurus. I need your help! The Yougnuo 622N TX has a setting for SS which is its setting for Super Sync, its equivalent of HSS using Strobes. That is interesting to me...but I cannot find a You Tube Video explaining it in detail. Additionally, it says once in this setting you must use the time values to adjust it to match your longer exposure burst from the strobe...(while I understand what that means, it gives values like.( 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 ect.) as a corresponding value to a strobe duration output. Can one of you, whom I trust to be extremely knowledgeable, give me insight on this...because I use my AB800s triggered by the YNs for Sports, as well as On-Location Portraits outdoors at times, and I would love to get speeds above the 1/250 on my Strobes (Not using my PWs and AC9). Most of the You Tube Videos talk about the YNs HSS capabilities, but talk about it with respect to Flashes only and briefly mention without much detail, the Super Sync (SS) setting for Strobes. Help!
