A quick activity suggestion...... Grab a picnic lunch and head up to Cedar Creek Falls. Its just past Mt Tambourine and a lovely drive. Good parking and toilets are on hand before you follow an excellent easy track to the waterfalls. They run year round but are doing particularly well at the moment. You can swim in the 3 waterholes or just enjoy the natural views and the water falls. The walk to the falls is less than 20 minutes from the carpark. Dont forget the fudge factory on the way home or just stop off and wander amongst the little shops at Mt Tambourine. Many local artists display and sell their unique wares here. A lovely day out :)
