A quick job: Replace the kitchen sink. Oh, lets change the faucet at the same time! Well, that means that I have to drain and disconnect and RO system, too. Oh, the tubing on the new faucet is 3/16 instead of 1/4. Spend 8 hours trying to work in an impossible position (I also have claustrophobia -interspersed with primal screams) trying to get the RO tap to work without leaking. Finally gave up (I will buy a smaller tap tomorrow, remove everything under the sink and scream some more). The drains on the new sink are closer together so I had to reconfigure and cut the plumbing under the sink. I got a lot of practice removing and ire-installing the garbage disposal. I ache all over, I will probably have to sleep with my arms contorted over my head. But, I have to admit that it looks pretty good.
