A quick note on Facebook policy and posting here! Recently we banned 2 people from the close to 3000 people following our Facebook account for being verbally aggressive to our staff. We won’t ban you if you are courteous and constructive, or simply have a problem. You will get banned if you get overly aggressive attacking staff by suggesting they are stupid, idiots, etc. I’m sorry but we don’t have time to address that level of criticism. We have a lot of new product out that should be an exciting thing for collectors to embrace especially when the volume of new product is balanced against the industry. Added to the fact we have a much broader global reach then our competition typically get comments from individuals and companies located in more then 30 countries around the globe, often in different languages. We aren’t always perfect, and the first runs tend to have more issues then second and third. We absolutely listen to commentary made constructively. At this time we are discussing a way where individuals or companies can directly submit QC issues with photos directly to our QC department but until then you are welcome to use qcl@tonkinreplicas to address those concerns. We should have a form for you soon, but our main questions are: what kind of issue (paint, function, broken part), where (mirror, driver’s side steer tire, etc), what region your are in (EAME, North America, Asia, etc), and where you purchased it (so we might coordinate with your dealer should that be appropriate).
