A quick observation of guys who modify not enhance. Im a modifier at heart and like to add this, change that and the thing Ive noted is dissatisfaction. I came upon the Macs in 2008 while looking to modify our old boat because I was dissatisfied with what I had. The Mac had all the things I wanted for the boat I had so here I am, 6 years later, the owner of the boat I coveted. Now the destination of my rambling is this, will modifying my Mac make me wish I owned something else? I think it will if Im not mindful. Its too narrow, its too light, its too flat, its too slow, its too fast, it doesnt like to turn, its ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, not something else by comparison and quite rightly. Its unique, its practical, when you list all the can-dos up, its effective in most cases but its not something else, whatever that else is. So, if I cant be with the one I love then love the one Im with? NO, love the one your with! Its why Im here and its what both fits my life and maximises my boating pleasure. BTW, Ive got to learn how to get the Mac in and out of the water faster, everything at the boat ramps are smaller and aluminium. We are big and ungainly going in and out ;). Just saying, dont forget KISS :).
