A quick update and a request from Guy and Linda Taylor :-) This invitation goes out to anyone who wishes to attend the next case regarding the theft of our family property Bodenham Manor . On January 14th 2015 we have an application taking place in Hereford Mags Court at 10am - the application is for Judge Daniel Pearce-Higgins to be subpoenaed to explain why he will not release documents relating to Bodenham Manor issues from the County Court - We know its because they are either fraudulent or do not exist. The CPS also have an application that day, which is to stop Guy from cross examining any witnesses. Should be interesting and of course we will be off to Kings fee pub afterwards. Happy New Year x Members and various admin from Response will be in attendance, (at present i will be there myself pending last minute hiccups over babysitting) - This is also the next perfect opportunity for a Response Gathering ;-) ...
