A quick update for those of you wondering just where in the world we are. We are currently in the district of Sapa, located in the Lao Cai province in Northern Vietnam. We have been touring with a Vietnamese guide, hiking some 14km while interacting with the locals of 4 small villages. The views are spectacular, and the people are extremely friendly. Here are a couple of shots — us in the village of Nam Cang with our hosts, the amazing lodge we stayed in, and a couple of the beautiful rice field and different villages.
