A quote from Arthur Hsieh .... more true words were never spoken .... Unfortunately, too many instructors and providers don’t take training seriously. Training sessions are often trivialized and thrown together without much preparation or thought. It sends a message that what we do isn’t important. You are perceived by others the way you present yourself. Even the uneducated know, when your talking from knowledge, or just trying to get by. Think about it !!!!!
