A rare warm winter twilight provided the backdrop for a breakthrough. For the past year & a half, weve trained Anthony (@mcleod_419) counter-intuitively not for immediately results, but for a more innate biomechanical control. Today he found out why… even after a bit ifnt hiatus from tech training, on a dark December night at the track, what would have normally taken 6 weeks a year ago only took 6 reps tonight. He was able to adapt to the hybrid style of jump I created specifically for #Tachyon jumpers to utilize the momentum of a hitch and the flight control of a hang. A very simple idea that is quite complex to put into action, and he handled it with skill and very little frustration. There are many things that impress me much more than brute strength, speed and distances; talent is an accident that none of us have a say in having, but skill is a choice! So the mark of a Tachyon-trained athlete must always be a superior level of skill.
