A reader would like to know. I lost a 3 months pregnancy early this year..A friend of mine advised me to start taking Folic Acid And vitamin E. Which I started taking last week,and am also praying for GOD to bless me with a child. Sometimes I try to remove my mind from it but is not easy...my question is this....how long do I have to take the Folic Acid And Vitamin E before it starts working in my body?
