A real surprise when I got the Western Daily Press today and Im on the front cover and a double page spread inside. Thank you so much Lisa Hounsome Photography for the amazing photos. Check out her FB page, she is so talented! A year ago I was made redundant, a year later Im on a front page of a magazine and flying off to a luxurious resort doing a travel piece! I feel very grateful and am very determine to do more cooking! If you are thinking of entering MasterChef do it. The applications are open. It really does change ones life!
