A really positive session last night! We completed a bleep test, the levels were pretty good! You have to be pleased with the level of fitness that some of us have? Friday training 6.45 prompt please! Once again team selection is competitive in both teams. As we now embark in our first season its your time to shine. You are all part of this clubs history, you will be remembered as the first players that put on the strip for Aldinga Soccer Club! Where it with pride, hold your heads high and work hard for each other! You are the foundation of this club and Im proud to be involved with each and everyone of you. A man very close to me once said, its not how you fall that makes you a hero, its how you get up afterwards. So lets make sure we remain positive, get up if we fall over and lets do it for each other. Teams will be posted after training!!
