A rebuttal to this video: Borders being crossed in disrespect is exactly what the trouble was. Think of Nazis- when they rejected the concept of borders, well, genocide, slavery and war were the consequences- they made that reality, by disregarding difference and borders. The trail of tears is bleached of context not omitted, people cry, but no one knows why in our history books. When people talk about our created difference, they forget that those who dont see strength in our differences spread weakness- in fact contempt for difference leads to oppression as if those differences are not real to others, in which they find the pride of who they are- difference as creating conflict is an enormous misconception. Disregarding the world of differences, or complaining about it, is sometimes an incredible disrespect, a rejection of tolerance, a rejection of serious consideration of the other. An it leads to dismissing or railroading others as peculiar, when they are as particular and interesting as we consider ourselves. The lives we are born into are not incidental- they fundamental to us being anything and anyone at all.
