A recent report out of Pennsylvania paints a horrible picture. A train versus car accident left a women dead and two others seriously injured. The man and toddler were rushed to a local hospital, and police did report that the child was responsive at the scene. However, the woman was not so lucky after the car was pushed more than forty yards down the tracks before dislodging from the tracks and coming to a stop in a wooded area. The impact left all three passengers trapped in the vehicle. Police were quick to report to the scene and were able to extract all three in little time.
