A regular customer came in today, one of those customers who gets a freebee from during the time when my boss husband ran the restaurant. She (as many of the customers do) just love my customer service. As she was leaving she said, Randy, you really are great at doing PR for the restaurant. Not even a five minute exchange. Now, what was interesting was that it took the next hour to explain what PR or Public Relations entailed to my boss. Some things dont translate well through the Chinese Translator App on her tablet LOL!
