A regular patron of the Villa Park Library raved about reading The Rosie Project by Aussie novelist Graeme Simsion. So, I put my reading of Siddhartha on the shelf and dove in. Hilarious. Dr. Don Tillman sees life in a unique way, one colored by Aspergers Syndrome. Later in the day I watched The Best Man, with an all-Black cast who frequently drop the F word and call themselves and one another the N word. I wondered as I watched it how Dr. Don from The Rosie Project would ever make sense of it. I think Ive just invented a new kind of literary mashup. Try it. Youll like it!
