A reminder about our 6-month sprint. You can shave anytime this week. Saturday, Oct. 11th is the last day. We even have a barber on call. *** Again, we do not endorse the shaving of facial hair. This event is great for those who have never grown their facial hair for more than a few months. Give yourself 6 months. It will change you. 6 MONTH SPRINT If you are participating in our 6-month sprint, this is where you find the image. Rules: Between Monday, October 6th and Saturday, October 11th, you must be clean shaven. NO FACIAL HAIR AT ALL! Then, you will have 6 months, leading up to our 3rd Annual competition on April 11th, to grow whatever style of facial hair you wish. It can be beard, goatee, sideburns, moustache, etc. Then, on April 11th, you will compete in the 6-month sprint category. You may also compete in one other category, but the 6-month sprint is reserved just for those who took the challenge. In partnership with our sponsor, C. Wolf Barber, Chris Sons of Kevins Barbershop, will be offering $25 straight razor shaves. His shaves are a 3 step process, including a hot towel, pre-shave oil, and a hot shave lather. This process takes approximately 20-30 minutes. $5 of the cost will go towards his Movember Charity Campaign for male cancer awareness. Here is how you can verify and enter: Simple. You will need to take a picture of yourself, between Oct. 6th & Oct. 11th. You will need to be clean shaven. You can: 1) Take a picture of you holding a local or national newspaper dated Oct. 6th - Oct. 11th 2) You can get shaved in person by C.
