A reminder to us all. Please remember to NOT leave chain collars on your dogs. I had a almost tragic reminder when I came into the kitchen with eggs and heard Jace scrambling around in his crate. Went to check on him and found I had left the choker on him and it had gotten hooked up on a part of the bottom of the crate. He was choking. It took all I had to put him down and loosen the chain and unhook it from the bottom. Thank God I was here because had I not been he would be dead.. Thank God for super strength when you need it because I had no one but myself to undo him. Thank God that this boy trusted me to help him and relaxed enough to let me.
