A reprised sketch for a new carved woven form based on a piece I carved in 1990 ( private collection). I am thinking snakewood or ebony for this one...about 7 inches....these forms are evocative of esoteric marine life from an H.P. Lovecraft dream. I read all the Perelandria books by C.S.
