A reputable Pharmaceutical/Consumer Manufacturing company with over 40 years history in the manufacturing and marketing of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Consumer products and Beverages requires competent, highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions: Job Title: Management Trainee (Engineering, Finance and Sales) Description • The Management Trainee Program is designed for fresh graduates in order to train and develop them to take roles as future leaders in the Finance, Engineering, Sales and Marketing functions. • The program stretches for a minimum period of twelve months in which selected graduates will tutored and mentored into becoming champions of their job functions with periodic reviews and appraisals Qualification and Other Requirements • A minimum of B.SC/HND or its equivalent in any of the following fields: Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration and Marketing. • NYSC discharge certificate • Less than 2 years post graduate working experience (NYSC inclusive) • Maximum of 25 years of age by December 2013 • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office applications • Excellent communication/presentation skills, drive and integrity will be required • Fluency in English is compulsory • Clear focus on value creation and team spiritedness • Appreciable docility and readiness to learn • Must be open to relocation within Nigeria and be flexible to travel on short business assignments/projects. • Passion to understand the FMCG marketplace.
