A restaurant owner has vowed to come back “bigger and better then ever” after his premises was savaged by fire. The popular Little Hong Kong Oriental Restaurant was burnt down along with the Dressers Arms pub in Briers Brow, Wheelton, last month. Both premises were put out of business by the fierce blaze. Insurance firm NFU has admitted liability for both and will pay out for the repair work on the buildings. An electrical problem was the reason for the blaze, although the fire service have been unable to confirm where it started, and investigations have now been closed. Jack Catterall, co-owner of Little Hong Kong, said, “It’s a huge relief we can put this behind us and now we can look forward to get going again and make it bigger and better than ever. chorley-guardian.co.uk/news/local/owner-can-t-wait-to-get-restaurant-back-in-business-1-6638417
