A revisit to my original post: To those doing this ice bucket challenge... I respect that you made a decision to put out awareness. However the majority of you are NOT doing this because you care, your doing this because its a media Fad and it has to stop. You are excusing yourself from making a difference to an illness that has no cure, that has little political/ financial gain to find a cure and I bet if it was ONLY the $100 donation, there would not be such a big awareness then it is. Lets be respectful and avoid making these videos because everyone else is doing it, lets instead have rallies, donations, walks or volunteer at an ALS committee. Watch this video and realize the seriousness it delivers... After the first few seconds of him doing his own satirical version of it, it gets very real... And very scary. Dont get me wrong, he does appreciate the videos but the message is better than those who are playing out the challenge for a fun stunt. FYI dont nominate me, I would be doing real work in the form of charity.
