A round, amiable cat with a heart of gold! Rufus is sweet and perfectly behaved. He was wandering around the SIEU campus all alone until a kind woman found him and took him home. Even though he tested positive for FIV, she was determined to keep him. Unfortunately it turns out that her cat is too aggressive to live with a cat who tests positive for FIV. Because the virus is spread only through a deep bite and exchange of blood, positive and negative cats can live together as long as they do not fight. But in this case, because the resident cat was so aggressive, fighting and passage of blood was a very real possibility. So Rufus needs a home! Rufus is a healthy handsome sweetheart.
