A scene of todays Trial. Prosecution: Your honor, The murder weapon bears the defendants fingerprints and the witnesses gave a testimony about it, I see no reason to continue this trial. Me: OBJECTION! What you said might be true, But recall the seconds witness testimony, He said that he saw the defendant wipe his fingerprints off the murder weapon..If that really did Happen...How did his fingerprints get on the murder weapon! Prosecution: OBJECTION! Recall the witnesss testimony as well, He said that the defendant grabbed the weapon after wiping the fingerprints. Me: OBJECTION! But he also stated that the defendant wore gloves after the crime was committed, Your logic barely Holds water! Judge: As it would seem that the defense has brought up another valid point...For that, We have to recommence tomorrow to give both sides the rights for further investigations, That is all. The court is adjourned!
