A serving commissioner in the Amaechi cabinet donates water and electricity to a community in Rivers state. The same commissioner that boasted that the gas turbines were working perfectly. Obviously, this donation reinforces my argument that more than 95% of communities in Rivers state have no potable drinking water. As hard as it is to believe, I stand justified. I thank Mrs. Semenitari for delivering the community, and appeal to the state government to follow in her footsteps.
