A seventh point of interest on the Half Marathon on Monterey Bay course is the Pacific Grove shoreline and homes. Pacific Grove offers an eclectic mix of Victorian cottages over a century old, charming bed and breakfast inns, and a slew of new mini-mansions that have replaced some older homes there. From mile 3 through 12 youll have a chance to view the architectural diversity of Pacific Grove. Shoreline views encompass crashing waves, large rock formations, tide pools and 360 degree views of the entire Monterey Bay.
