A shout out to all my yogis :) here is an asana flow for you to try. It is a good mixture of balance, strength and stretching. Try to warm up with a few rounds of a Sun Salutation variation (forward fold, downward facing dog, plank, chaturonga, upward facing dog, downward facing dog) then do this twice on each side. Dont forget to breathe! Do not rush the transition from pose to pose. For my #CircleOfYogis in Washington Heights, I miss you guys! Dont forget to keep moving!
