A shout out to ingersoll auto. Went in for a recall. Got home and realized that something minor had to be fixed. Called, they said come in. Walked it and they fixed it immediately. I thought great. Next day we get an edible arrangement from them as a thanks for letting us fix our mistake. The next day we receive 5 free movie passes. In a world where you usually have to plead your case when someone ELSE makes a mistake, I feel like this dealership goes above and beyond to make their customers feel acknowledged. We have been eating yummy fruit all weekend and cant wait to go to the movies together. Thanks!
