A side-on view of Brett Lee. Note, the front-arm and leg come down together, he lands with a straight front leg, and rotates his right hip quickly, allowing his bowling arm to be pulled back. This is how you bowl quick! Tip: do not rush your bowling arm; ensure you square your hips up first, and feel it lag behind you. When your knees join each other, you know you have fully rotated your hips. Keep your back leg on the ground. It aids for balance / stability. It should only be airborne after ball release.
