A silent auction will be held on the 28th this is one of the items, you can pre-bid but all money is to be colected on or before the 28th. So bring your checkbooks, there will be a reserve. There will also be ski trips, flat screen tv and high end art. This place is amazing, real Italy. The house in Manciano ( Girasole). Manciano is a very ancient hilltown located about 1.5 hours north of the Rome airport. We are in the southern coastal part of Tuscany in an area known as the Maremma. Girasole is a 400 year old restored farmhouse located just on the edge of town. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. There is a wonderful outside area for dining and enjoying the countryside views. I have attached photos and a description. please be sure to note limited available travel time in 2015. There is plenty of travel time in 2016. This trip MUST be redeemed by the end of 2016. In other words, if your winner does not schedule and take the trip by the end of 2016, it will be forfeited. The guests will be bidding on accommodations only for 7 nights for up to 4 people. The house is scheduled Thursday-Thursday. We will also require a $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit before the guests travel.
