A silent auction will begin when the doors open, and end at 8pm. 100% of the proceeds will go to La Maison d’Haïti. “ Montreal Lenses ” is a collective of young Montreal photographers from all corners of the Earth. They form an eclectic team both culturally and artistically. It is this diversity that makes them unique. . These emerging photographers made their first public appearance on Montreal’s artistic scene with a successful show at Centre Hillel in January 2013. The adventure continues. With this second edition, the objective is to contribute to the reconstruction of La Maison d’Haïti. Montreal Lenses goals are effectively to build bridges across cultures with photography, and become engaged with the diverse communities of Montreal. In this context, all of the photographs in the exhibit will be on sale. • Each artist will donate his/her best photo for the cause, to be offered in a silent auction. • The silent auction will begin when the doors open, and end at 8pm. 100% of the proceeds will go to La Maison d’Haïti. • The artists will donate 10% of the proceeds from all additional sales to the cause. Please join us at the Segal Center for this marvelous photographic exhibition on Monday, May 27th from 5:30 to 8:30pm. There will be appetizers and beverages.
