A simple compliment can make someone elses bad day better. I was in Walmart check out with two big girls fighting, and a baby screaming. Its been a tough day anyway and as I reached to put the bottle of cranberry juice on the belt it slipped from my hand, hit the floor and went everywhere. The entire bottle of juice. I was balancing on one leg, handing pacifier to one, phone to one, keys to one and putting stuff on the belt while calmly telling the cashier I had just made a huge mess. At this point I was ready to cry on the inside.
