A slightly longer run today and return to the trails :) A fairly painless 12 miles (19km) with an easy +300m was enough to remind me of the work left to do. Whilst most of this simple route south-east of Shrewsbury was delightful it was marred in one section by aggressive dogs, heavily overgrown path ad stiles and a field of maize with no effort whatsoever made to leave a path through... Feels good to run again though and last weekends Thunder Run was a great source of inspiration.
