Doors open Oct 1st and for the first month, we call it a soft opening so that we can go with the flow of the learning curve we will have from starting a new business. Blue Toba makes every sauce, every dish from scratch with spices Chef Birong brings back directly from fresh markets of Indonesia. We use organic rice, tofu, chicken, veggies and our beef is grass fed from Painted HIll. Bringing the love, tradition and soul of Indonesia to Ashland, Blue Toba is a cultural culinary experience that will transport you and fill your body with medicinal spices and a tremendous amount of LOVE!
