A spiced hot toddy or in your apple pie, cinnamon is a welcoming and warming scent on a cold, wintry day. Its actually inner bark from a tree and has numerous medicinal uses going way back. At one point it worth more than 15 times the value of silver! Now if we were trading in cinnamon buns today wouldnt that be something....We think the stuff is pretty awesome that we have a dedicated muesli, Clever Clusters with a cinnamony crunch.
