EAt shit you developer ass licker these older neighbourhoods built the city, you and your developer buddies want to turn into some place else. it NOT is the the responsibility of the older neighbourhoods to subsidize 2000Sq foot homes and new areas they already paid for the waste treatment facilities and many of them dont have the new fancy rec Centers and many of them started out with dirt roads not paved and many still have gravel alleyways still.
