A startling article. ISIS is not just another well-funded radical group. It’s well-organized and managed as an established, legitimate government. It has specifically defined geographic organizations, collects taxes and has deep-rooted governmental support in regions it controls. They’ve taken advantage of grave mistakes made in that region by the U.S. and Europe for decades. They will not be stopped or even decelerated by just sending in more foreign troops.
