A story An officer reported to the government that there is a need for a bus stand in a town. The government sanctioned the money for that. All the money was eaten by that officer and no bus stand was built. New government was elected. New officer came. He saw there was no bus stand. There was no way he could eat. So he wrote to the government that the bus stand is about to fall. And he will need the money for the repairs. The government sanctioned the money. the officer ate all the money. The government got changed. New officer came he saw there was no bus stand. But in the records it was built and was repaired too. There was no way that he could eat. But he was clever. He wrote .. that this bus stand is about to fall and might cost many lives so it has to be demolished. . The government sanctioned money.. all the money was eaten. Disclaimer. ..
