A story from my friend, 1. He was working in a company under a very funny typical management. 2. Whatever he suggested for better productivity project. His managers well reject. 3. Later, he request to have pay increment. His managers also have no balls to pass the message to the MD. 4. At the end, he decided to resign. 5. Out of the Sudden, the MD increased my friend’s pay up to 35% increment. 6. And because of this, the MD also Paiseh, so the MD also increase both the Managers pay at $1,000, and $800 each, and some others at $300 each. 7. But, my friends still choose to leave the company. 8. So, the managers did not take good care of their workers…, And because of the workers resign, and they both enjoying their increment out of the moon with $1,000 & $800 each month. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
