Congratulations to Mike Melia, Steve Melia and Kim Melia for being deaf to the negativity the World threw at them and making a positive difference anyways. Happy Anniversary! Twenty years ago today Mike Melia and I began our partnership. It started out as Michael Melia and associates. In November of 1994 we joined The Peoples Network and became known as the Melia Brothers. In 1998 we joined forces with Pre-Paid Legal (now LegalShield). In 2001 Kim Lloyd (Kim Melia) joined us and we morphed into the Melia Family. In 2002 we joined LegalShields Millionaires Club and knew we had found a permanent home. In 2005, We launched The Melia Foundation and will be celebrating the launch of Work,Play, Love in Guatemala next month with the opening of the new girls orphanage. Thanks for 20 amazing years to Mike, Kim and all the cool people that we have met along the way. We have only just begun. As much as this day will always be a day of celebration it is also of the anniversary of our moms passing. Such is life. Lots of ups and lots of downs. Weve always found the world meliorism to best describe our outlook on the world. The belief that you can make the world a better place. Peace out - Put on your seatbelt for the next 20!
