A strong cyclonic flow aloft, will give us a windy and VERY cold day on Tuesday. Most places, especially those N & W of I-95, will not warm above the freezing mark. Strong winds will make for mid-teens wind chill temperatures across much of the area. But wait... a major pattern change in the upper level winds is forecast for early next week. If that change does in fact come to fruition, afternoon temperatures next Monday may reach well into the 60s!! Beyond that, temperatures again, will trend downward.
