A strong opinion, but we share the sentiment of trying to find homes. We do acknowledge that shelter workers do not usually enjoy having to euthanize any animal. Fees never guarantee quality of life. We also do not feel that because a person cannot afford exorbitant fees they would not adequately care for their new friend. Adopters should be screened and approved individually each on their own merits. We believe in vetting each person but money or lack of money is not our deciding factor. We also will always take an animal back or help find a new home for an animal if someones circumstances change. Sometimes it just comes down to faith in people that they are doing the right thing. We put a lot of prayer into each situation and let God lead us in what we should do. ( If you are offended by that; sorry. That is how we choose people.) this was stated by the person who put up this post originally, and for the most part,I agree.
