A template of how to diminish crime on guam would be defining it first. The ultimate transgression for a population of 180,000 is consolidated violence and substance abuse. We are not investing in pervasive programs enough to counter these problems. This is why I play music, its an aesthetic approach for the advancement of human life for our people. Literacy and creativity are more important than ever in this generation. Ive personally worked with Micronesian, Chamorro, Korean and Filipino children. Their habitual lifestyles are similar, they embrace the pop culture of violence globally but share a common knowledge of song and dance. More importantly, the solution is defusing the violence and encouraging a science. The goverment needs to invest more funding from federal programs to create events that promote innovative culture. Otherwise, we endure in a duration process. I volunteer for peace.
